Juan Davila
Biography
Juan began working within the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in 2009. He began as a Behavior Therapist, providing behavioral services for individuals with developmental disabilities. During this time Juan gained knowledge on implementing behavioral plans as well as collecting data (e.g., DTT, Task Analysis, etc.). Within the next three years, in 2011, Juan joined an agency that specialized in providing Adaptive Skills Training (AST) services to children and adolescents with developmental disabilities. In the next five years, during his time providing AST services, Juan learned to implement programs that focus on community integration, safety skills, and/or daily living skills. Soon after, Juan was promoted to Case Manager of teams across the San Fernando Valley, where he was in charge of training staff, creating individualized programs for consumers, and providing parent training. Today Juan manages the Administrative Operations at ICAN-B, he oversees Scheduling, Payroll, HR, and Claims departments, all while attending an ABA graduate program at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.
